ITSM and ITOM Expert with ServiceNow

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions to determine operational feasibility.
• Developing and documenting solutions, including flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Preparing and installing solutions, including determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures to improve operations.
• Managing existing ServiceNow code and architecture, and working with key business units to troubleshoot existing solutions and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and its applications in ITSM, ITOM, and SAM. They will be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team.
