Job Description
Your Role:
- Develop and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow admin team and business partners to create, support and provide expertise for the Service Catalog, Employee Service Portal, ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Employee Portal Professional and Content management for Enterprise.
- C coordinate and implement upgrades, maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create reports and dashboards.
- Build and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, knowledge, and processes.
- Configure and improve ServiceNow capabilities in accordance with ServiceNow HRSD and ITIL best practices.
