Automating Business Processes with ServiceNow

Position Overview:

This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in IT and ServiceNow development/configuration. The successful candidate will work on configuring automation solutions using the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring that business requirements are met.

Responsibilities Include:

• Automation Configuration: Configure automation solutions using the ServiceNow platform
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT department, customer stakeholders, and offshore teams to design and implement solutions
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and optimize workflows

Qualifications:

• At least 3-4 years of experience in Service Now Development/Configuration
• Proven experience in implementing one or more applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog)
• Good experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and JavaScript
