ServiceNow Application Developer

Job Description \

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow core system configuration, application development, and troubleshooting. \

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day user requests, enhancing the ServiceNow service catalog, building solutions and processes in collaboration with key business units, and providing technical guidance on workflows for increased efficiency. \

Responsibilities: \ \

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and systems.\
• Optimize existing service catalog offerings and develop new ones with a focus on continual improvement.\
• Provide technical guidance on workflows for increased efficiency.\
• Support the design and implementation of custom catalog items.\
• Stay current on ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and new knowledge base articles.\
• Integrate tools such as SCCM, Meraki, and CrowdStrike into ServiceNow for asset management.\
• Draft and document test plans for both technical and business users.\
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Designer.\
• Knowledge of ServiceNow app engine and experience in developing and supporting custom applications.\
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.\
• ServiceNow System Admin with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, and Reporting.\
• ITIL Certification (highly desirable).\
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (a plus).\
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (a plus).\ \

Requirements: \ \

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Admin or application owner.\
• Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping).\
• Knowledge of ServiceNow app engine and experience in developing and supporting custom applications.\
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.\
• ServiceNow System Admin with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, and Reporting.\
• ITIL Certification (highly desirable).\
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (a plus).\
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (a plus).\
