Senior ServiceNow Developer (CMDB)

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our technology solutions team. The successful candidate will be the technical subject matter expert responsible for the design, development, administration, and rollout of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Main Responsibilities:

• Participate as a domain expert in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features.
• Document workflows, processes, and results of business analysis.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and assist the project team in applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design optimal solutions.
• Assist the project team in translating application functionality into application architecture and produce business functionality requirements.
• Create wireframes/mockups for user stories, review them with customers, and gather feedback.
• Identify and document risks and constraints related to requirements.
• Break down documented requirements into epics and decompose them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assist and lead test plan development and execution, perform functional tests on each configured story.
• Assist in quality management reviews to ensure all business and design requirements are met.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the
