Senior Field Service Management Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow developer to lead the architecture and design of FSM solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Field Service Management and excellent technical skills. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop FSM solutions using ServiceNow
• Integrate FSM with ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management
• Optimize field service workflows and implement resource allocation and technician scheduling Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong skills in JavaScript, AngularJS, REST, SOAP, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience working with FSM and other ServiceNow modules
