We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our ServiceNow HRSD platform. ">

Main Responsibilities ">

• Develop and configure the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Work closely with the ServiceNow admin team and business partners to create, support, and provide expertise for the Service Catalog, Employee Service Portal, and other ServiceNow modules
• Maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
• Create reports and dashboards ">

Key Requirements ">

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar field
• At least 7 years of prior relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
• Working experience and knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, IT Service Management processes, Service Catalog development, CMDB knowledge, and Knowledge Management ">
