ServiceNow ITSM Platform Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer- ITSM to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the National Nuclear Security Administration's ITSM platform. You will work closely with our clients and program leadership to coordinate and deliver complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ITSM platform
• Collaborate with clients and program leadership
• Deliver complex tasks on time

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow JSON, JavaScript, and Script-Includes
• Experience with SIEM tools and compliance requirements
