ServiceNow Ecosystem Architect

• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow ecosystem, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing platform features with a focus on backend workflows, automation, scripting, and integrations with third-party vendors.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow platform features with a focus on backend workflows, automation, scripting, and integrations with third-party vendors.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to uncover needs, define scope, and translate into buildable solutions.
• Design and deploy workflow automations (onboarding/offboarding, ticket queues, agent-facing processes).
• Own and guide ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployment strategies.
• Serve as a ServiceNow evangelist: training users, leading discovery sessions, and identifying opportunities to migrate or improve processes.
• Collaborate across platforms using Jira, Slack, and other dev tools.
• Help define and optimize business processes - especially as we scale agent services through ServiceNow.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including backend scripting and platform configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and working knowledge of scripting in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Familiarity with Workflow Designer, Service Catalogs, and core ITSM modules.
• Comfortable leading discovery sessions, facilitating change, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A 'connector' personality - you're energized by collaboration and have a talent for getting people engaged.
• Detailed-oriented with a process improvement mindset.
