Federal Government ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer to work on a high-profile project with a federal government customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM and ITOM platforms, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team. They will be responsible for providing technical engineering solutions related to ServiceNow applications for ITSM and ITOM. Additionally, they will perform daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, troubleshoot issues, and develop processes to improve customer experience.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with users, partners, and other stakeholders. Certification in ServiceNow or relevant experience in ITSM and ITOM platform administration is highly desired.
