- *Team Description**
The Cybersecurity Operations (CSO) Strategy, Solutions, and Roadmap team operates within the Cybersecurity Fusion Center organization to coordinate and facilitate adoption of medium- and large-scale solutions.
CSO minimizes risk and potential impact of cyber incidents through rapid response, efficient communications, intelligence-enabled analysis, and continuous exposure & vulnerability management.
The Cybersecurity Fusion Center provides the backbone of cyber operations, connecting and enabling the operational teams in CSO to efficiently address ever-changing threat and regulatory landscapes.
- *Job Responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow program manager to oversee and drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvements of the ServiceNow applications used within CSO and its parent organization, CISO.
This specialist will be responsible for refining requirements, developing project plans, oversight of development/implementation, and ongoing support to all SecOps deployed solutions.
- *Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Manages deployed ServiceNow SecOps products and champions platform partnership and influence for CISO
- Ensure BAU enhancements and bug fixes are properly prioritized for deployment and the development team operating at appropriate capacity
- Coordinates with other ServiceNow platform stakeholders to swiftly remediate defects that block CSO activities
- Manages the CSO ServiceNow strategic roadmap and prioritizes feature requests
- Organize and execute operational communications on platform health, servicing, and operations to CISO users
- Oversee extra-large implementations and manage over implementation partners while coordinating with the platform and development teams
- Design, plan, and execute small- and medium-sized workflows and projects within ServiceNow for CISO teams
- Evaluate existing systems and processes spanning CISO teams to ensure maximum efficacy and relevancy in the platform
- Champion the ServiceNow and capabilities and requirements to executive leadership
- Support consensus-building across teams for transformative projects within ServiceNow, developing products to secure buy-in from both senior stakeholders while working directly with teams responsible for execution
- Assist customer teams in identifying their core needs/requirements and designing solutions around those
- *Requirements**
- 8+ years of experience in product management and development within ServiceNow
- 4+ years of cyber security experience across several domains, preferably within cyber operations and vulnerability management
- Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow SIR, VR, MSIM, and GRC modules
- ServiceNow certified: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Specialist/Developer, Security Incident Response CIS, Vulnerability Response CIS preferred
- Experience in managing agile backlogs with issues of varying criticality, complexity, and size
- Expert-level knowledge of agile methodologies, vendor engagement, and experience with managing consulting engagements
- Working knowledge of application development industry practices and standards
- Prior experience with security, entitlement, or authorization systems preferred
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry and the ability to manage deployments with regulatory requirements in mind
- High attention to detail and work quality with the ability to focus on complex problems for a sustained period
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build consensus and secure buy-in from multiple levels of stakeholders and peer teams
- Diverse problem-solving experience gained from driving change-leadership activities
- Ability to structure less defined requirements into measurable tasks and milestones
- Superior organization and experience managing many tasks and dynamic priorities simultaneously
- Ability to effectively manage customers and stakeholders across more than a dozen teams with differing reporting structures
- *Education Requirements**
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred

This position is full-time and based in Irving, Texas.
