Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you will be responsible for performing day-to-day support and maintenance of the ServiceNow environment. This includes providing general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
In this role, you will work closely with the ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from customer to fulfillment teams. You will also configure and improve core and custom applications directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. You will create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and develop clear directions, instructional materials, and SOPs. Additionally, you will stay abreast of industry trends and innovations and leverage them for our clients.
