We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and technical skills in ServiceNow products. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and gather business requirements, develop business cases, and create data-driven reports to support business decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration and communications with business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow's products, specifically Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Security Operations (SecOps), Third-party Risk Management (TPRM), and Vulnerability Response (VR). Strong experience in Agile/Scrum is also required.
