ServiceNow Integration Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for ServiceNow integrations with 3rd party tools and systems.
• Develop expertise in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's, and ServiceNow Orchestration and automations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and standardize processes.
• Develop and implement technical solutions, perform component integration tests, and ensure seamless service restoration.
• Manage infrastructure environment through cross technology administration execution of scripting and monitoring automations.
• Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in ServiceNow integrations, orchestrations, service portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, and modules.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current ServiceNow technologies and features.
• Thought leadership and new ideas and recommendations.
• Generic managerial skills, including business analysis, reporting, customer handling, and education requirements.
