About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a ServiceNow ITSM expert. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM capabilities, and contribute towards the transformation of IT Service Management platform.
As a key member of our ServiceNow Platform Delivery and Services team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise on ServiceNow platform integrations, Discovery and CMDB, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.
Responsibilities include serving as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow platform integrations, designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, and maintaining adequate process, operational documentation and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform, as well as extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP.
