ServiceNow Developer - Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies for ServiceNow development. They will support the discovery, requirements gathering, and build out of core ServiceNow functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement multiple HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope in ServiceNow.
• Develop applications to facilitate Employee service requests to HR and HR fulfillment process.
• Refactor ServiceNow software customizations during ServiceNow major updates.
• Collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-7 years related experience.
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
