About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Incident Analyst to join our team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of major IT incidents, documenting resolution steps, and driving continuous improvement through data and metrics.

Your expertise in ServiceNow administration will play a critical role in this position, particularly in configuring workflows and scripts. A Bachelor's degree in a related IT field is required, with PMP certification being a plus.

The working arrangement includes a 2-week on-call rotation, with one week as primary responder and one week as backup.
