ServiceNow Developer and ITSM Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team as an IT service management consultant. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to implement and manage their ServiceNow platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including CSM and FSM
• Develop workflows and business rules to automate data flows and support processes
• Integrate external systems with ServiceNow using various integration solutions
• Provide technical mentorship and lead development teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in IT, with a focus on ServiceNow development and implementation
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
