Service Management Expert Wanted

We are looking for a skilled Service Management expert to join our team. As a Director of IT Service Delivery and Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow platform across multiple locations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex implementation projects from planning through deployment. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities, including ITSM and HRSD modules, GenAI, and integrations with other tools, is essential. Experience with Jira and Confluence is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business needs and requirements.
  • Drive Organizational Change Management by adopting best-practice processes.
  • Manage communication with cross-functional teams regarding service disruptions and changes to operating trends.
  • Develop and sustain a strong management team to support and elevate leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, including at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of common hospitality applications such as POS, KDS, and inventory management systems.
  • Familiarity with Audio & Video systems and experience with service and project management tools and methodologies.
