Technical Lead - ServiceNow

Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead - ServiceNow to join our team and lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for our clients in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, integration patterns, and service management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate integration and API patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ensure best practices are followed in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of mainstream integration patterns, architectures, and technologies preferably in an AWS environment.
• Ability to produce actionable technical design documents for critical and complex scoped items.
