ServiceNow Software Development Role

Technical ServiceNow Developer:

This is a technical role that requires expertise in ServiceNow development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience with ServiceNow.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and forms.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and applications using web services and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Utilize data import techniques and processes specifically related to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Procurement modules.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented coding using JavaScript, SQL, Angular, REST, XML, and other relevant technologies.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developed applications.
• Work closely with senior developers to implement best practices and adhere to coding standards.
• Assist in the configuration and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in the evaluation and adoption of ServiceNow features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with end-users to provide support, resolve issues, and enhance existing applications.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to development activities.
