The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of higher education processes and have a deep knowledge of ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
