Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

Location: Remote (with occasional visits to Rockville, MD)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the ServiceNow platform, configuring and customizing ITSM processes, and designing, developing, and deploying custom applications. Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Administration: Manage user access, system configuration, and data management; Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and business rules.
• ITSM Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements; Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications, modules, and integrations.
• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using ServiceNow's workflow engine and automation capabilities.
• Incident and Problem Management: Design and configure incident and problem management processes within ServiceNow.
• Change Management: Configure and customize change management processes in ServiceNow.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor ITSM processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator; Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development.

Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certification(s); Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM processes; Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for scripting and UI customization.
