Job Title: ServiceNow System Administrator About the Role

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow System Administrator to support our government clients. This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States.

This multi-faceted opportunity is a leadership role on our ServiceNow capability team, providing room for creativity and growth in a dynamic and exciting career path. Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and administer solutions within the ServiceNow environment
  • Work with stakeholders to design, configure, test, document, and deploy system changes to the environment
  • Ensure system health as the primary resource
  • Provide technical insight in designing and supporting ServiceNow while aligning to Service Management standard methodologies
  • Configure, customize, script, and develop the ServiceNow platform
  • Gather specifications from service owners, document requirements, and deliver product releases to meet business needs
  • Build workflows from service owner requirements including requests, request items, and tasks
  • Design and build integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
  • Install and utilize MID servers, web services, email, and other relevant technology to integrate tools with the ServiceNow platform
  • Create views and reports as needed to illustrate service performance and demonstrate business value Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Maintaining an active Secret Government Security Clearance
  • Associate degree or Equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
  • Overall 5+ Years of experience in IT, with 2+ Years of experience in handling ServiceNow systems administration
  • Experience with SOAP and REST API development
  • Active in the ServiceNow community, including attending Knowledge events, user group meetings, and participating in online forums
  • Participated in at least two full cycle implementations of ServiceNow and experience with Release Quebec or higher
  • Handle Service Portals including Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Perform application maintenance, system diagnosing, and performance monitoring
  • Manage instance security and assist with investigating incidents etc.
  • Ability to plan and execute upgrades and patches
  • Ability to manage update sets and import sets
  • Deep understanding of application scoping Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in advanced administering Now Platform
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification Benefits
