ServiceNow Application Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, modules (ITSM, HRSD), scripting capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API, and flow designer.
• Implement and maintain core platform components of the HRSD module.
• Develop/maintain integrations between SNOW and other systems using REST/SOAP API, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, lists, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client scripts, and schedules jobs.
• Perform platform upgrades and patch managements, ensure compatibility, and minimize disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
