• *Job Summary:**

This role requires a skilled ServiceNow developer to work collaboratively with the ServiceNow architect and customer to deliver high-quality projects. Key duties include conducting regular meetings with the customer, performing unit testing, and participating in team meetings.

• Foster strong relationships with the ServiceNow architect and customer through regular meetings.
• Develop and implement use cases to meet customer needs.
• Ensure all use cases are thoroughly tested before deployment.
• Collaborate with the testing team to address any defects or issues.
• Communicate proactively with the customer regarding project progress and any challenges encountered.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and propose solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Establish clear capabilities and dependencies for ongoing activities.
