As a Cloud Engineer for Salesforce Applications, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This includes creating and maintaining SaaS system configuration and management standards, policies, processes, system documentation, and disaster recovery plans relating to cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop DevOps pipelines using industry-standard CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, and GitHub repositories.
• Build artifacts and manage releases according to Sprint schedules.
• Evaluate and analyze systems, performance, issues, and metrics to provide recommendations for service improvements.
• Perform cloud design and implement configurations to meet program and customer needs.
• Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure consistent cloud environment provisioning, uptime, regulatory compliance, and data protection.
• Responsible for the solution design, implementation, deployment, installation, provisioning, troubleshooting, reporting, and oversight for cloud SaaS and specialized applications that are SaaS or IaaS/PaaS hosted implementations such as ServiceNow Applications.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technical principles, theories, and concepts through 5+ years of experience or recognized industry certifications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
• Associate-level cloud certification.
• 5+ years of relevant Cloud Engineering experience using ServiceNow or Salesforce Applications.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies.
• US citizenship, requiring a background check.
• Ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
