ServiceNow Consultant

This role involves leading business process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness across multiple departments. The Business Process Consultant will develop and implement process improvements, identify areas for cost savings, and track progress against established goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Identify areas for cost savings and track progress against established goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and procedures
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or change management
• Proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements that result in cost savings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
