Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Identify areas for cost savings and track progress against established goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and procedures
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or change management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements that result in cost savings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
