As a Process Improvement Consultant, you'll work closely with our customers to define and deploy future-state Customer Service and/or Field Service processes. You'll identify solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective, with a focus on implementation of technology.
- Define and deploy future-state Customer Service and/or Field Service processes.
- Identify solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective.
- Implement technology to support customer needs.
You'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and facilitation skills. Experience in analyzing and recommending Customer Service and/or Field Service strategies based on business priorities is also required.
