Emerging Talent Intern

As an Emerging Talent Intern, you will work closely with a Design Program Manager to evaluate program effectiveness and impact. You will partner to develop future programs and initiatives that drive results for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent internal users' needs through research and data collection
• Create and manage a 6-week data-driven project to improve design operations team effectiveness
• Participate in planning and facilitation of meetings and training initiatives
