Job Title: HR Service Delivery Specialist | 6 Months | Remote

We are seeking a skilled HR Service Delivery Specialist to join our project on a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HR Pro.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into workable solutions.
• Configuring ServiceNow HRSD modules.
• Providing post go-live support.
• Conducting internal training and knowledge sharing within HRSD. Requirements:
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD (HR Pro).
• A strong understanding of HR Service Delivery workflows and best practices.
• Ability to configure and customise ServiceNow HR modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
