Delivering Expert Solutions:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow expert to join our team. As a technical service management specialist, you will be responsible for delivering world-class solutions to our global clients using the ServiceNow platform.

Your key responsibilities will include providing technical consulting services to clients, contributing to the design and delivery of technical solutions, and developing and demonstrating specialized knowledge and skills in ServiceNow as an enterprise solution.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow design and development preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong scripting skills, including JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, and AngularJS.
  • Deep understanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles, and procedures.
  • High level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and ideally experience of building custom applications and integrations with other platforms.
