About the Role

As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for defining project scope and requirements, delivering ServiceNow solutions, and engaging with C-Level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope and requirements through engagement with C-Level stakeholders.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and conduct needs assessments to create proposals meeting customer expectations.
• Develop and deliver detailed solution designs, technical plans, and architecture documentation for complex ServiceNow implementations.
• Deliver ServiceNow solutions fitting business requirements and ensuring successful implementation.
