Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our ServiceNow Centre of Excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Your Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Develop custom solutions to meet client needs, utilising your in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of these solutions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients, sharing your extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to deliver projects and share knowledge. Requirements
- Experience: Over 4 years of experience in similar roles within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Skills: Proven expertise in multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform, including functionality, database structure, developer APIs, and development tools.
- Personality: An open and friendly person with strong customer-facing skills in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
- Leadership: Ability to provide technical leadership and support to the Centre of Excellence.
- Agile/Waterfall: Experience with Software Development Lifecycle in Agile and Waterfall projects.
