ServiceNow SAM Pro Expert

We are looking for a senior-level IT professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow SAM Pro and IT service management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software asset management and be able to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize software assets using the ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
• Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and compliance teams to ensure accurate tracking of software licenses, controlled costs, and compliance across the organization. Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Asset Management, Incident Management, Change Management) and working knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SAM Pro configuration, administration, and best practices.
• Proficiency in creating and customizing ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and workflows related to software asset management.
