We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow administrator with experience in ITSM processes, ITIL & ISO IT processes, and ServiceNow CSA Certified Minimum. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions to meet stakeholder needs, ensuring seamless integration with organizational objectives.
• Conduct business analysis and process optimization to enhance overall efficiency.
• Diagnose issues and design effective solutions, recommending system enhancements to drive business results.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational goals, promoting data consistency and integrity.
• Create and manage workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure access.
• Resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools, promoting data consistency and integrity.
• Maintain optimal performance and scalability of the ServiceNow instance, driving business success. Requirements
• ServiceNow administration experience, with a strong understanding of ITSM processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL & ISO IT processes, with certification highly desirable.
• Experience with Problem, Change & Incident Management, Supplier & Contract Management.
• ServiceNow CSA Certified Minimum, with a focus on continuous learning. What We Offer
