Our client, a recognized enterprise organization, is expanding their ServiceNow capabilities through 2025–2026. After implementing the platform two years ago—beginning with ITSM—they’re now looking to enhance and extend their functionality across several key areas, including Hardware and Software Asset Management, App Portfolio Management, GenAI, and Security Operations. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on impactful projects that shape the future of digital operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules including:
- Hardware Asset Management
- Software Asset Management
- App Portfolio Management
- GenAI
- SecOps
- Perform CMDB data cleanup and improvement
- Utilize Flow Designer to build workflows
- Develop and maintain business rules—basic to advanced
- Leverage knowledge of CSDM to guide platform structure and strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to define CI attributes and asset creation logic
Requirements:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist in Discovery (CIS-Discovery)
- Certified Implementation Specialist in Service Mapping (CIS-Service Mapping)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- CSDM framework
- Flow Designer
- Business rule creation
- Configuration Items (CIs) in ITIL processes
- Relationship differences: related CIs vs. referenced CIs
- Discoverable vs. non-discoverable CI attributes
- Rules for asset creation from CIs in the platform
Bonus Qualifications:
- Exposure to Digital Portfolio Management (DPM), including portfolio taxonomy and management
- Familiarity with Service Builder for offering creation
- Experience managing Agent Client Collector and MID Server WebSocket endpoints
