Role- ServiceNow HRSD Technical Consultant

Location-Seattle/Overland Park, Kansas

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our IT/HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow HRSD module, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services across Customer s organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
  • Implement HR Case Management, HR Services/Topics, ACLs, HR profiles/criteria, Journeys, UI Builder, EC Pro, HRSD, Lifecycle Events, Content Management, PDF Document Template.
  • Analyze business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design, code, debug, document, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, homepages, and database views to provide actionable insights to IT leadership.
  • Lead platform upgrades, feature adoption, and new module implementations to optimize ServiceNow utilization.
  • Develop, integrate, and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI components, and business rules to support enterprise IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop work instructions, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles to support internal teams.

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Previous experience on HRSD related projects work on Integration with Workday, SuccessFactors, reporting tools, complex HR Service, Lifecycle events, employee journeys, HR agent Workspace, Agent Chat, Reports Dashboard etc. based solution design and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App for HRSD.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of HRSD industry use cases (e.g., utilities, telecom, healthcare).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
