Technical ServiceNow Specialist

About this Job:

This position requires a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer to support government clients. The successful applicant will work with a dynamic team, engaging with diverse partners and strengthening our ability to support clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and configure HAM modules to meet client needs.
• Develop scripts to improve module functionality and performance.
• Assist with the Asset Analyst role to ensure accurate asset tracking and management.
• Integrate CMDB and Discovery tools to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• A valid Secret Government Security Clearance.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
