Enterprise Software Developer - CMDB and Discovery

We are seeking an Enterprise Software Developer with expertise in designing and implementing Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs) and ServiceNow Discovery.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing workflows, business rules, and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure CMDB and discovery processes within ServiceNow.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery to automatically detect and map IT assets.
• Develop workflows, business rules, and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with IT teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow environment.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong knowledge of CMDB management and Discovery implementation.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, customizations).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Configuration Management.
• Must have CIS-Discovery certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT.
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on CMDB and Discovery.
