Job Description:

Implementing IT Service Management Solutions

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer-ITSM to support the Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration in implementing and managing their IT service management platform.

The successful candidate will work on developing and maintaining the ITSM platform using no-code, low-code, and fully scripted solutions. Key responsibilities include delivering solutions using Agile practices such as CI/CD, orchestrating and automating workflows, managing integrations with other systems, and using End User Experience to design best practices that provide robust user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ITSM platform using ServiceNow
• Implement and automate workflows using Agile practices
• Manage integrations with other systems and applications
• Design and implement End User Experience best practices
