• *ServiceNow Architect Position**

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate should have experience with ServiceNow Modules: BCM and IRM, as well as expertise in BCM processes, including Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Exercise Management, and Crisis Management.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Design ServiceNow IRM/BCM solutions for clients while working closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements.
• Consult and advise on IRM/BCM best practices.
• Define the architecture of ServiceNow IRM/BCM implementations and oversee their deployment.
• Mentor ServiceNow developers on ServiceNow architecture and coding best practices.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of seven years of experience working in the ServiceNow platform.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• More than four years of experience in working in IRM domain, out of which a minimum of two years in the role of BCM Architect.
