Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive projects to support Case Management, Services, Journeys, Knowledge Base, and Portal in ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Develop enhancements, workflows, reports, and dashboards for ServiceNow HRSD and Workday.
  • Partner with the broader team to deliver process and system enhancements to improve the overall user experience.
  • Act as a consultant to partners in the development of project scope, offering technical expertise, solutions, considerations, and expected outcomes. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow HRSD experience, with knowledge of other areas a plus.
  • Experience configuring and optimizing Workday is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting integrations/spokes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS) is a plus.
  • Testing experience (both end-to-end and user acceptance).
  • Project management, customer management, and process management skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience working in a global organization.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
