Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Hybrid- 2 days on site per week

Employment Type: Full-Time

Clearance Level: Top Secret

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Development: Design, configure, and develop custom ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and Service Catalog.
  • Platform Maintenance: Maintain and enhance core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Asset, IRM, Discovery, etc.).
  • Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Flow Designer Expertise: Use Flow Designer to improve service catalog offerings and automate workflows.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical design guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform optimizations.
  • Collaboration: Participate in all phases of the SDLC: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide ServiceNow-based solutions.
  • Platform Updates: Maintain knowledge of platform updates and contribute to system upgrades.
  • Documentation: Draft and document technical test plans.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Admin.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Core ServiceNow Modules: Experience in core ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, Asset, SAMP, IRM, Discovery, Service Mapping).
  • Platform Administration: Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience with Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Designer is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • ITIL Frameworks: Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
  • Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools, advanced scripting, and ServiceNow reporting.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and version control tools.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
