ServiceNow Developer Position

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our ongoing ServiceNow continuous improvement projects. As a member of our team, you will work on enhancing our existing ServiceNow implementation for an enterprise.

The successful candidate will be able to adapt to client needs and implement the ServiceNow roadmap. You will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and communicate effectively with external stakeholders to obtain and synthesize requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop custom ServiceNow applications using declarative app engine.
• Provide expert configuration of ServiceNow through systems development lifecycle.
• Conduct unit testing of implementation.
• Support development in Agile framework.
• Sustain discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors.
• Offer subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
• Familiarity with organizational change management.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.

Desired Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
• Presentation and requirements elicitation skills.
