Servicenow Dev - Job Description

As a skilled Servicenow developer, you will work on implementing and supporting large clients' on-premises Servicenow instances. Your expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integration hubs is highly valued.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing process workflows, procedures, and technical standards using Servicenow functionality. Additionally, you will design and implement Servicenow tables, flow diagrams, and low-code solutions in partnership with product teams and stakeholders.

Your role requires providing technical expertise and participating in implementing new Servicenow functionality. You must maintain a comprehensive view of the Servicenow architecture at both a high-level and detailed level. Clearly documenting Servicenow architecture for internal use is also essential.

This position involves receiving complex inputs from product and business stakeholders, translating them into requirements, and mapping them onto Servicenow functionality. You will guide the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of interfaces/integrations with third parties.
