Job Title: Senior Developer ServiceNow

Overview:

This senior-level position involves collaborating with customers to develop customized ServiceNow solutions that meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow and its various modules, as well as expertise in Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to identify their business requirements and develop tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations with other applications and data sources.
• Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality work products and solutions.
• Evaluate work products to ensure they meet customer expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with expertise in developing ServiceNow solutions across all platform applications.
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow's various modules and features.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Proficiency in implementing Java scripting to support automation across various ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
• Experience with Business Rules, workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and external Portals.
