ServiceNow Senior Developer Job

This position is open to highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Senior Developers who can design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and develop technical documentation and provide training to end-users. To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop technical documentation and provide training to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field.
• Minimum of 7 years designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.
• Experience developing test scripts and plans.
• Experience working on an agile team.
• LDAP Active Directory knowledge.
• Minimum of 4-year hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances.
• Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software including knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, ITSM, CIS ITOM, SecOps, SPM).
• Experience in a Managed Services environment.
• Working knowledge of configuration management and ITIL.
• ITIL 4 certification is an added advantage.
