IT Service Management Developer

As a skilled ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring, customizing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of our organization. This includes overseeing the configuration of our ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of our users and business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements. This includes working with various stakeholders, including IT teams and business users, to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

You will also be responsible for writing and documenting clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, Web Services, and Angular. Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every update set/project/upgrade to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
• Scripting: Write and document clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, Web Services, and Angular.
• Technical Acumen: Provide expertise for all technical issues related to development.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with implementation partners, system admins, business users, and IT teams to gather requirements and understand process workflows.
