United Global Technologies seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. About the Role

This position involves developing and configuring scoped applications, customizing user interfaces, integrating with other systems, and troubleshooting platform issues to support various IT processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • ITOM & ITSM:

The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT operations management and service management processes within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient issue resolution.

  • CMDB:

This role requires designing, implementing, and managing the Configuration Management Database to ensure data integrity and support ITSM processes, streamlining asset tracking and lifecycle management.

  • ITAM:

The successful candidate will develop and implement IT Asset Management solutions, including asset tracking, lifecycle management, and licensing, to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.

  • Virtual Agent:

This position involves designing, developing, and deploying Virtual Agent solutions for self-service and automation, enhancing user experience and reducing support queries.

  • Employee Portal:

The selected candidate will develop and customize Employee Portals to provide users with access to relevant information and self-service tools, promoting employee engagement and productivity.

  • Custom Application Development:

This role requires developing and customizing ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, UI Policies, Business Rules, and other platform features, ensuring tailored solutions that meet business needs.

  • Integration Development:

The successful candidate will integrate ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and other integration methods, facilitating seamless data exchange and streamlined processes.

  • Troubleshooting and Support:

This position involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues, resolving complex problems efficiently and effectively.

  • Documentation:

The selected candidate will maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing and process consistency.

  • Process Improvement:

This role requires identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions, driving continuous innovation and excellence.

  • Collaboration:

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions, fostering cross-functional teamwork and effective communication. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with CMDB management and best practices.
  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management principles and processes.
  • Experience with Virtual Agent development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with Employee Portal customization and development.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
